ADLER GUERRIER
CALLS FORTH THE RICHES

“If your everyday life seems poor, don’t blame it; blame yourself; admit to yourself that you are not enough of a poet to call forth its riches; because for the creator there is no poverty and no poor indifferent place.” – Rainer Maria Rilke, Letters to a Young Poet, 1903.

Adler Guerrier was born in Port-au-Prince, Haiti and lives and works in Miami, FL, where he received a BFA at the New World School of the Arts. Guerrier recently had a solo exhibition at Perez Art Museum Miami, Miami, FL. His works can be found in public collections including the Museum of Contemporary Art, North Miami, and the Studio Museum in Harlem, NY.
