  • Artist Statement (1 page)
  • Proposed Project Statement (1page- describe concept and how space will be used)
  • Detailed Sketches Illustrating Proposed Project

  • 10 Images of Previous Works (no slides)
    (Images on CD must be in jpg format & 300dpi / may also include DVD of any video or time-based works, no longer than 5 minutes in length)
  • Image Description List – Artist name, title, date of work, medium, size
  • Optional- Self-Addressed Stamped Envelope if you would like your submission returned
  • Optional- 2 support materials (press or catalogs)
  • Please label all materials with your name
