7pm Workshop: Moises Sanabria — The Art of AI Agents (Artist Task Automation) Artist and creative technologist Moises Sanabria leads a hands-on workshop where participants use drag-and-drop tools to build generative AI agents that can perform simple administrative and creative tasks. Designed for artists of all skill levels, the session invites participants to experiment directly with automation tools and leave with practical workflows they can adapt to their own practices. Attendees are encouraged to #BYOL (Bring Your Own Laptop) and follow along. The workshop culminates in a post-session performance in which the newly created agents speak, sing, and fight in a chaotic Synthetic Symposium, remixed live by Sanabria using sound and audience feedback. 9pm Performance: SUMO — Rig Rundown + Live Set Miami trio SUMO brings their heavy, “infinitely literary and cinematic” sound to The DiLL for an interactive rig rundown exploring how technology shapes their creative process, followed by a live performance. Expect a thunderous mix of space rock, post-punk, and ambient soundscapes paired with visuals. Soft foam earplugs will be provided free of charge on a first-come, first-served basis. Refreshments provided. Free and open to the public. Presented as part of the Knight Digital Innovation Lab at Locust Projects. |
