Coming out of the shadows, the vandals of the Miami-based collective Guerilla Tactics (Christopher Miro, Jose Felix Perez, Michael Vasquez): will turn the project room into their clubhouse/headquarters. In the process, they may provide some insight as to why the toxicity of spray paint fumes is so similar to that of disaffection and dissent.
